2. POWER
Understand that you are a powerful being— no matter the circumstance or situation always walk in your power. This is your reminder to focus on your power.
3. ACCEPT. . .
the contrast. Don’t expect your healing to come only if someone or something else changes. Accept that people are who they are. You get to respond accordingly.
4. SELF AWARENESS
Be self aware of your shadow self. You cannot heal without knowing all of your parts. This is probably the roughest part in your healing journey. But be brave and learn more aout who you really are. Change what you can.
5. DO WHAT IS BEST FOR YOU
If forgiveness is your preference, then go with that. Decide for yourself what works best for you. Forget about obtaining consent from others or even their opinions. What works for others, may not work for you. Forgiveness has however, always worked for me.
